Apple has not updated windows version of the airport utility since win7 and is likely to never bother again. they have utility for ios now .. and if you have no mac and no ios it is difficult to understand buying an apple router.. Airport extreme is the only base station which works for airport express and it is not recognized by those routers, so due to this apple airport utility for windows 10 cannot be used. you can connect to many hardware equipment of music, video, and also many other devices through the apple airport express.. Win 10 was happy to use the installed printer driver and continued to connect through the airport. this lasted for about 3 months. hard drive crash and unfortunately a clean install of win 10..
